Description:
The international expert responsible for supporting the development of a manual of implementation of the credit component is responsible for supporting the project to set up this manual. In a specific way, it is a question of: (i) define and clarify the criteria for access to guarantee and risk sharing funds; (ii) Determine the floor and ceiling of the amount to be allocated; (iii) determine the contribution of beneficiaries and the project; (iv) specify the mechanisms of granting and governance of the credit component; (v) propose the composition of the file to be provided; (VI) propose the highlighting of control and approval points as well as internal control and monitoring and evaluation system devices; (VII) Animate the procedural manual validation workshop and starting the credit component.
