- This market relates to the recruitment of an individual consultant national expert genus. He will be responsible for providing technical support to the project on questions of social inclusion and gender, social safeguard measures and to ensure that all these concerns are taken into account in the context of planning and execution of all the actions of the project. He will be responsible for taking into account nutrition and food hygiene aspects in the implementation of the project. It will provide transversal support to the UGP and decentralized services for better taking into account the practical and strategic interests of women in the implementation of the project.
