Description:
This market relates to the recruitment of an individual consultant responsible for the diagnostic study on the regulations applicable to microfinance establishments (EMF), the implementation of an incentive tax framework and the strategies for establishing the rates of interest. Overall, this study aims to draw up a state in the implementation of EMF regulations, and to identify the main difficulties encountered by public structures in charge of monitoring the application of the provisions of the regulations and finally the difficulties to which the EMF meet in the application of said regulations. In view of the national context and constraints and other specificities, it will also be a question of studying the possibility of a national adaptation of the regulations in force in the CEMAC zone.
