The consultant will be responsible for: Identify and analyze the different actors who intervene or finance interventions in the Basin; Identify and analyze the different types of interventions implemented in the Basin and their different areas of intervention; Present the possibilities for synergies between the different stakeholders; Conduct an analysis of the results and lessons learned within the framework of each key project identified in the Lake Chad Basin; Develop three provisional versions of national reports (Cameroon, CAR and Chad) and a regional report.
