Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service Regarding Bamboo Value Chain Analysis in Chad Interested candidates/agencies may apply for both studies or only for one, however, this should be clearly stated in the motivation letter and technical and financial offer. Qualified agency should send the complete application packaged including the following: a. Motivation letter illustrating your suitability to undertake the assignment, addressed to the Director, INBAR Central Africa Regional Office, b. Portfolio of the agency / consultant including all relevant work completed related to the assignment, and c. Technical and financial proposal including the following sections: context and justification, Presentation of the study site in Chad, Proposed team for the execution of the assignment, methodology of proposed assignment, expected results, detail workplan and deliverables; along with a financial proposal.
