• Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services - Development of an Advocacy Strategy for Social Protection in Chad. As part of its activities in Chad, SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL is looking for a consultant to meet the objectives defined below. The Objective of this Consultation is: · Define the Strategy and the Advocacy Framework to be Developed for the Implementation of Mobilization Actions on Social Protection with a View to Food and Nutritional Security (San), Access to Health and Drinking Water or Sanitation Infrastructure for the Most Vulnerable Populations · Specifically, it will be a Question of Carrying out an Analysis of the Institutional Framework Which Governs Social Protection in Chad; Institutional Structures and Actors Who Put in Place the National Social Protection Policy; Existing Social Protection Mechanisms, from National to Local Level; And Links between the Social Protection System and Humanitarian Action. · Identify the Advocacy Needs in Terms of Social Protection in Connection with the Diza, Define an Advocacy Strategy in Favor of Social Protection and the Actions to be Implemented within the Framework of the Diza South, Propose an Action Plan for the Realization Actions that Respect the Allotted Time and Budget, Develop the Necessary Tools to be Used during the Implementation of Advocacy Activities, Train the Diza Teams to Carry out the Defined Action Plan, Organize a Provincial and Local Workshop for the Restitution of Work and Results.
