Tenders are invited for Consultancy - Writing Mission for a Cross-Border Resilience Project Writing Mission for a Cross-Border Resilience Project in the Lake Chad Basin How to apply: The tender file must consist of a detailed technical and financial offer. The offer will succinctly present: · A brief presentation of the consultant and his collaborators, if applicable, with his/their professional experience (CV attached); · A list of past experience writing program design and writing project proposals; · Details of the costs of the consultant's fees in relation to the different phases of the mission; · Details of the per diem costs of the consultant and the costs of travel and accommodation; · Proposal of payment terms.
