Tenders are invited for Consultant for Final Evaluation of the Epeva Project Drinking Water and Sanitized Villages Project Financed by Europaid, Plans to Recruit a Consultant To Carry out the Final External Evaluation of the Epeva Project in the Departments and Province of Kanem (Kanem North and Kanem West) Offers must Include the Cost of the Service and Any Other Costs Relating to this Activity, Requested by Action against Hunger with the Exception of the Cost of Transport/Travel of the Consultant to Ndjamena and on the Ground. The Terms of Reference (Tor) are Withdrawn Every Day from 9:00 a.m. To 12:00 p.m. And from 2:30 p.m. And 3:00 p.m. From Monday to Thursday at the Acf Office Located in Ndjamena at the Address below: Action against Hunger - Mission Chad. N'djamena Office, Logistics Department, Bp 6498, Hillé Rogué District, not Far from the Globe Roundabout, on the Road Leading to the Airport. This Tor could be Obtained via the Email Scm@Rd-actioncontrelafaim.org for Service Providers not Represented in Ndjamena.
