- The UNFPA requires the provision of a consulting company to do a cost-effectiveness study of family planning in Chad, which brings evidence of long-term impact on economic growth and national development objectives on family planning. Your company is invited by this to submit its best financial offer for the services requested (see TDRS). Your submission could be the subject of a contract between your company and UNFPA. This request for a quote is open to all legally constituted companies able to provide products and services and which have the legal capacity to exercise in the country or Through an approved representative. The offers must be submitted by a system of two envelopes. Interested tenderers are requested to submit their technical offer separately from their financial offer containing the information on the price.
