- The services provided for this contract are the implementation of the E-Administration platform through the operational, capacity and ecosystem bases or components described in the terms of said service. The duration of the mission should not exceed ten (10) months taking into account the realization in parallel mode of the three very high components. The service will take place in Chad, in collaboration with the coordination unit of the DTS project (UCP/DTS).
