- The Government of the Republic of Chad has received funding from the African Development Bank group (BAD) in collaboration with the European Union (EU) in order to cover the cost of the Trans -Saharan Optical Fiber (DTS) project (DTS), and intends to use part of the sums granted for this donation to finance the contract of an individual consultant responsible for the realization of the annual environmental performance and Under two exercises (2024-2025 and 2025-2026) of the Trans-Saharan Optical Fiber (DTS) project. The services provided for this contract consist in assessing the performance and level of compliance of the project with environmental and social (E&S) applicable requirements.
