Description:
The services provided for this contract include (i) the realization of an inventory of the agricultural, public and private training system, of the Republic of Chad and the development of the main lines of an action plan aimed at to improve this device; and (ii) the development of the conceptual note of a skills development project supporting chains of agricultural values creating employment and likely to improve the standard of living of populations. As such, the international consultant will work with a national consultant for the realization of these activities, and under the general coordination of the project coordinator and in close collaboration with the General Directorate of Agricultural Production and Training Ministry of Agricultural Production and Transformation (MPTA) and the Directorate of Education, Training and Veterinary and Zootechnical Research within the Ministry of Livestock and Animal Productions. The terms of reference give details of the tasks and responsibilities of the international consultant within the framework of this mission.
