Description:
The services planned under this contract include (i) carrying out an inventory of the agricultural training system, public and private, in the Republic of Chad and the development of the broad outlines of an action plan aimed at to improve this system; and (ii) the development of the co noteconcept of a skills development project in support of promising agricultural value chains that create jobs and are likely to improve the standard of living of the populations. In this capacity, the consultant will work under the direct supervision of an international consultant, under thegeneral coordination of the Project Coordinator and in close collaboration with the General Directorate of Agricultural Production and Training at the Ministry of Agricultural Production and Transformation (MPTA) and the Directorate of Education, Training and Search Veterinarianire and Zootechnics within the Ministry of Livestock and Animal Production. The terms of reference give details of the tasks to be carried out and the responsibilities within the framework of this mission.
