• Description:
• As part of the implementation of the RESITCHAD project, IOM integrated solar installations into various community infrastructures carried out under delegated project management. It was noted that this equipment was incorporated into the construction works civil engineering without prior study of real energy needs or assessment of site load capacities. The companies holding the markets, driven by a logic of maximizing margins, delivered installations to the strict minimum, not not fully covering the functional needs of the infrastructure. Considerations of durability, maintenance and technical adequacy were insufficiently taken into account. In this context, IOM plans to conduct a comprehensive review of all existing solar installations in order to evaluate their performance, identify gaps compared to needs, and define the necessary upgrade interventions. This expression of interest is intended solely to assess the technical capacity and experience of companies/consultants. Detailed information relating to the sites, number and type of solar installations concerned will be provided subsequently to the candidates pre-selected as part of the call. restricted offers.
