Description:
The services provided under the contract consist of carrying out the mid-term review of the PIDACC/BN, Chad Component. The purpose of the mission is to assist the Program Management and Coordination Unit in establishing the mid-term evaluation report of the Program. For this purpose, it is required theservices of an Individual Consultant (IC) who will be responsible, in addition to aspects related to infrastructure, for the evaluation of the institutional organization in place responsible for implementing the Program. The Consultant will work in close consultation with the Management and Co Unit.ordination of the Program, the Program Manager at the Bank and with the other partners in the execution of the Program. The duration of the mission is thirty (30) working days (including field days).
