- In a context of regional instability and insecurity, and where climate vulnerability is likely to worsen crises, it is appropriate to strengthen basic social services to relieve the most vulnerable populations. UNICEF in partnership with the European Commission responsible for aidHumanitarian (ECHO) through the project "MR03-02 Improvement of sustainable water, sanitation and hygiene services (EAH) for climate change for populations affected by the Sudanese crisis for prevention and response to potential water diseases in the regionin eastern Chad. " Aims for the Mile Extension camp better access to sustainable EAH services, quality and resilients to climate change for refugees, returned and host communities / reception villages, transit sites and camps. To carry out this intervention,UNICEF plans to recruit external technical assistance in the form of institutional contracts with an office of studies and control which will have the mission of ensuring studies, technical files and monitoring/control of the work made up in one (1) lot.
