The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) has set up, online, a system for managing its processes of manifestation of interest and call for offers, as well as communication with tenderers.l 'Using this management tool, called "quantum", requires prior training of legal persons (organizations or institutions) and natural persons (consultants and individual providers). This training must be organized very soon, all natural and legal persons wishing to work (and/or continue to work) with the UNDP are invited to send a request for participation in the resident representative.
