Tenders are invited for Support Project for the Development of Productivity and Competitiveness of Meat and Milk Value Chains (Papcv-Vl) This project has the following main objectives:  The sectoral objective of PAPCV-VL is to contribute to sustainably increasing the contribution of the livestock sector to the national economy by improving the productivity and competitiveness of the meat and milk value chains.  The specific objectives: (i) intensify livestock production and productivity, (ii) increase meat exports, (iii) create employment opportunities and increase the income of actors in the milk and meat value chains and ( iv) facilitate people's access to safe food of animal origin. The PAPCV-VL intervention area is made up of seven (07) administrative provinces grouped into two poles, namely (i) the western pole which covers the provinces of Chari Baguirmi, Hadjer Lamis and the Commune of N'Djamena, and (ii) the south pole for the provinces of Logone Occidental, Logone Oriental, Mandoul and Tandjilé.
