Tenders are invited for Workshop Technical Consultant - Strengthening Civil Society - Chad Scope of Work The French-speaking consultant will organize and facilitate 1 to 3 collaborative community planning workshops in N-Djamena and two provinces among the following provinces targeted by CCSSA: Logone Occidental, Guera, Bahr El Gazal, Kanem and Ouaddaï. The workshops will be using the Whole-System-in-the-Room (WSR) methodology. The consultant will be the main focal point for the organization of the workshops and may be travelling outside N-Djamena in the two selected provinces, should national COVID safety measures allow it. Each workshop has two objectives: 1. Supporting the community to collectively identify priority needs and draft a community action plan 2. Organize and launch a conflict prevention and management committee and each workshop will be organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Reconciliation and Dialogue. Estimated timeframe: January 3 - March 30, 2022, for 20 billable days.
